- Office of Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (Office of CIAA), Bardibas invites sealed or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Supplying and fitting of furniture and furnishing items at the newly constructed building of CIAA, Bardibas under National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations
- Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the Office of CIAA or may visit PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. (Firms not registered for manufacturing or supplying of furniture items are considered to be ineligible bidders)
- Bid submission shall only be by electronic bid submission, the bidders should submit a non-refundable fee of NRs 3,000.00 in the following Rajaswa (revenue). - Pre-bid meeting shall be held at the Office of CIAA, Bardibas (the meeting may be held virtually considering the COVID-19 related government rules and orders or upon the interested bidder's requests) on 7-10-2020, 13:00 hours
- Bidders must submit electronic bids through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours on 18-10-2020
- The bid will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 18-10-2020 at the Office of CIAA, Bardibas
- Total estimated cost (excluding VAT) of the procurement is NRs. 43,36,260.00.
- Bid must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 1,20,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
- If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
