1. The AEPC/MGEAP invites Sealed Quotation (SQ) from Registered Eligible Bidders/Suppliers for the Procurement of Services and Goods (License Renewal of Sophos Firewall, Antivirus and Barracuda Email Security Gateway).
2. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding (RFQ) Document (SQ) in English at the office of AEPC/MGEAP, Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal.
3. Complete set of Bidding Document (SQ) in English may be purchased from the office of AEPC/MGEAP by eligible Bidders on the submission of a Written Application, along with the copy of Company/Firm Registration Certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1,000.00 till 2 March 2022 during office hours.
4. Sealed Quotations required to be submitted to the office of AEPC/MGEAP, Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal by hand or courier on or before 12:00 Noon on 3 March 2022. Bids/Sealed Quotations received after this deadline will not be accepted.
5. Submitted Sealed Quotations will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 P.M. on 3 March 2022 at the office of AEPC/MGEAP, Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal.
6. Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days from the date of Sealed Quotation opening and must be accompanied by a Bid/SQ Security amounting to minimum of NRs. 45,000.00, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the validity period of the Sealed Quotation (i.e. Valid up to Minimum 16 May 2022).
7. If Bidder wishes to submit the Bid/SQ Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Office Code: 3080002, Account Name: DTCO, Kathmandu and Bank Account No.: 1201200001002524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali and original voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted along with the Sealed Quotation.
