Invitation for bids the procurement of Mota Chamal Kharid, Supply and Delivery

1. The Government of Nepal (GoN) has allocated funds to prison office Sindhuli for Mota Chamal Kharid, Supply and Delivery and the Prison office intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for supply of Good conditions Mota Chamal. Bid is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. The Prison office invites sealed bids from registered form for supply of Mota Chamal.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of prison office Sindhuli or www.bolpatra.gov.np.
4. Bidding documents only submit from electronically. The Bidders submitting their bid electronically should deposit the cost of bidding document Nrs. 3000.00 (Non refundable) fee in Sanghiya Sanchit Kosh khata Acc. No: 1000100200010000 of Rajashwa (revenue) Shirshak no-14229 Rastriya Banijya Bank and submit Bank deposit voucher along with the electronic bid Files.
5. Bids must be submitted through www.bolpatra.gov.np on or before 12:00 noon on 2078/08/29 (15/12/2021). Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at Prison office Sindhuli on 2078/08/29 (15/12/2021) at 2:00 PM at the oflice of Prison office Sindhuli. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amount is Nrs.166000.00 (One lakh and sixty six thousands only.) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period and Issues Of " A" Class Bank.
7. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, bidder has to deposit cash in Deposit Account No. 1060100102030000, Rastriya Banijya Bank Ko.le.ni.ka Sindhuli Dharauti khata, Office Code is 305012501 and submit bank deposit voucher along with the bid.
8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
9. Bidders must be submit the mandatory documents i.e. Form/Company PAN/VAT registration certificate, Tax clearance, certificate or tax return submission evidence/evidence of time extension for the F/Y 077/078
10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
