- Nepal A.P.F Hospital Balambu, Kathmandu Procurement section invites seal bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of below mentioned Goods under Provision Concerning Procurement to be Made in Special Circumstances procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations. The name and identification of the contract are as follows:
- The bidder may submit the bid for single or more slices as mentioned below and offer discounts/ gross discounts. Evaluation will be done slice by slice basis, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser.

Remarks: - - For sealed bid, a complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from office by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee amounting mentioned on above respective bid document fee column till 2077/03/14 during office hours.
- Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Nepal A.P.F Hospital Balambu, Kathmandu Procurement section on 12:00 Hour on 2077/03/15. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs on 2077/03/15 at the office of Nepal A.P.F Hospital Balambu, Kathmandu Procurement Section. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to above-mentioned in respective column, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
- If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the day shall be considered as the last date the same as specified for the original last date of bid purchasing submission.
- If the Bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Deposit
Account No.: 1700203, Nepal APF Hospital Balambu, Kathmandu,
office code No: 314053501 at Rastriya Banijaya Bank Ltd, Teku Branch
and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid. - The purchaser reserves the rights to accept or reject any bid and to annual the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the Bidders.
