1. The GP Koirala National Center For Respiratory Diseases Dulegauda, Tanahun Nepal invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Liquid Medical Oxygen storage tank(10KL) and vaporizer Provision Concerning Procurement to be made in Special Circumstances of CoVID-19 pandemic procedures as specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
2. The bidder may submit the bid for the entire package as mentioned in BOQ. Evaluation will be done package by package basis, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser.
3. Bidder has the option of submitting their bid electronically only. Submission of hard copy bid shall not be entertained. Bidder can download the bidding document for e-submission from PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidder must submit application attaching copies of company/firm registration certificate, VAT Registration and Tax clearance certificates of FY 076/77 electronically and should deposit the non-refundable fee of NRs. 3000.00 as the cost of the bidding document in Nepal Bank Ltd. Damauli, Tanahu's KA2.6 -KO LE NI KATANAHU BIBIDH KHATA account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. If the bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in (DHARAUTI KHATA): 06001000002003000001 Nepal Bank Ltd. Damauli, Tanahu, Office Code no.: 370003801, Office Name: KA2.3 -KO LE NI KA TANAHU DHARAUTI KHATA (G.P Koirala National Centre for Respiratory Disease) and submit a bank deposit voucher along with the bid. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security mentioned in the above table which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted to GP Koirala National Center for Respiratory Diseases Dulegauda, Tanahun Nepal through the PPMO website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. before 12:00 PM on the 8th day of publication of the notice. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Bidders are requested to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in the e-GP system Operating Guideline 2073 and user manuals issued by PPMO which are available in the e-GP system.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 pm at 8th days of bid publication notice at the office of GP Koirala National Center for Respiratory Diseases Dulegauda, Tanahu.
7. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
