Invitation for Sealed Quotation for the procurement of License Renewal of Different Software Currently Running in AEPC

1. The AEPC invites sealed quotations from registered Suppliers for the License Renewal of Different Software Currently Running in AEPC
2. Complete set of SQ Document in English may be purchased from the office of AEPC, Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal during office hours on all working days by eligible bidders 7 January 2021 onwards on the submission of a Written Application, copies of Firm/Institution Registration and PAN/VAT Registration certificates and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1,000.00. The Bid document shall be available for sale up to office hours till 21 January 2021.
3. Sealed Quotation must be submitted to the office of AEPC, Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu Nepal by hand/courier on or before 12:00 Noon on 22 January 2021. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted.
4. SQ must be valid for a period of 45 days counting from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to minimum of NRs. 40,000.00 which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e., Valid up to minimum 6 April 2021).
5. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in AEPC's Office Code 308003502 and Account Name DTCO, Kathmandu, Bank Account No. 1201200001002524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali and submit the original receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Bid.
6. Received Sealed Quotationshall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 P.M. on 22 January 2020 at the office of AEPC, Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. But nothing shall bar the opening of quotation by the reason only that any bidder or its agent is not present. Bidder's representative should bear the authorization letter duly signed by the authority of firm at the time of bid opening
7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening of bids falls on a government/public holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
8. AEPC reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
