1. The Nepal Oil Corporation Limited (NOC), Bagmati Provincial Office (BPO) invites Electronic Bids from the registered eligible and qualified Bidders/Suppliers for the procurement of Goods (Supply, Delivery Installation, Testing & Commissioning at Central Lab of NOC, Sinamangal, Kathmandu, Nepal) as mentioned in the table below under International Competitive Bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations of Nepal. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries.

2. Interested Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document in English at the office of NOC/BPO, Thankot, Kathmandu Nepalor may visit e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Complete set of Bidding Documents for the tasks in English are available online and may be downloaded for e-submission from the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/ egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document (non-refundable fee) of Nepalese Rupees 3,000.00 or Equivalent US$ to the NOC/BPO's Current Account Number: 00300105000092, Everest Bank Limited, Satungal Branch, Kathmandu and scanned copy in pdf format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.
4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at NOC/BPO, Thankot, Kathmandu, Nepal at 11.00 A.M. Local Time on 27 July 2020 onwards; 30 minute interval for each task.
5. Interested eligible Bidders shall submit the Electronic Bids through e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before 12:00 Noon Local Time on 12 August 2020.
6. Submitted Electronic Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at as mentioned in the table above at the office of NOC/BPO, Thankot, Kathmandu, Nepal.But nothing shall bar the opening of Tender by the reason only that any bidder or its agent is not present. Bidder's representative should bear the authorization letter duly signed by the authority of firm at the time of bid opening.
7. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format, amounting to minimum Nepalese Rupees or equivalent United State Dollar as mentioned in the table above, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e., Valid up to minimum 9 December 2020).
8. If Bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in NOC/BPO's Current Account Number: 00300105000092, Everest Bank Limited, Satungal Branch, Kathmandu and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid. 9.
