1. Bheerkot Municipality, Bayarghari Syangja invites sealed bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Procurement of Furniture Items under National competitive Bidding procuders.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of Bheerkot Municipality, Bayarghari, Syangja, Phone 063-400106, Website: www.bheerkotmun.gov.np.
3. Eligible Bidders may purchase the bid document from Bheerkot Municipality Office.Bayarghari Syangja Bidders should deposit non-refundable fee NRs.3000.00 of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy of the Bank deposit voucher & Company/frim registration certificate must be submitted by the bidder at the time of submission of the bids. 4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Bheerkot Municipality office at 2021 Apr 4.
5. Sealed bids must be submitted to Bheerkot Municipality Office before 2021 Apr 13 at 12:00. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2021 Apr 13 at 13:00 at the office of Bheerkot Municipality.Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompained by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security amounting to a minimum of Bid security amount as identified below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond validity period.
7. If the last date of submission falls on government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
