Invitation for printing of Stock Book Register and delivery in PHLMC of Province# 1, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, Karnali Province, Sudurpaschim Province of Nepal


The purpose of the Global Health Supply Chain (GHSC) – Procurement and Supply Management (PSM) project is to ensure uninterrupted supplies of health commodities in support of USG-funded public health initiatives around the world. The project provides direct procurement and supply chain management support to the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), the President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI), and Population and Reproductive Health. In supporting USG-funded global health activities, GHSC-PSM will develop and manage a wide array of services for health commodity procurement and related systems strengthening technical assistance encompassing different elements of a comprehensive supply chain.

The goal of the Chemonics Project is to support the electronic logistics management information system (eLMIS) system in Nepal, to improve logistics and supply chain visibility in the public health sector in Nepal. As part of project activities, the Chemonics Project requires to print the Stock Book Register and delivery in PHLMC of Province# 1, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, Karnali Province, Sudurpaschim Province of Nepal.

The purpose of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is to solicit quotations for these items. Chemonics will provide the exact information and contact information for the delivery points to the winning vendor.

Eligibility Criteria: The firm must submit the following documents for minimum eligibility.

  • Firm/ company registration certificate
  • Copy of PAN/VAT registration certificate
  • Latest tax clearance certificate (B.S. 2076/77)

Questions or requests regarding the technical or administrative requirements of the RFQ shall be submitted in writing to the following email addresses: [email protected] The deadline for request of RFQ for submission of questions is 5:00 pm local Kathmandu time by Thursday, September 16, 2021. No phone calls are entertained.

Deadline: Proposals should be submitted based on the guidelines listed in this RFQ. Proposals and all correspondence and documents relating to the offer shall be in English. The electronics proposals must be sent by email to [email protected] no later than 5:00 pm local Kathmandu by Monday, September 20, 2021.
