1. The Menchhayayem Rural Municipality invites Sealed Bids for the works mentioned in the table below.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of Menchhayayem Rural Municipality, Morahang, Tehrathum, email- [email protected], Phone Number 9863251741.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of the Menchhayayem rural Municipality, Morahang, Tehrathum by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 1000 till 2078/01/15 during office hours.
4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend On 2021/04/29 (2078/01/16 BS) at 4:00 pm at the office of Menchhayayem Rural Municiupality, Morahang, Tehrathum. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amount mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
