Nepal Water Supply Corporation (NWSC), Branch Office Rajbiraj, invites bid from the eligible registered authorized contractors or drilling companies having qualifications as per mentioned in the bidding document for the contract work as mentioned below under the heading of water supply improvement work. A complete set of bidding documents in English for the work may be purchased on or before 17:00 hours, 2077/01/03 from the branch office by interested bidders on submission of a written application attaching notary verified copies of the bidders registration, VAT registration and TAX clearance certificate of F.Y 2075/2076 and upon payment of non-refundable fees Rs. 3000.00 only within the office hour. The purchased bid document shall be sealed in an envelope addressed to the Nepal Water Supply Corporation Branch Office Rajbiraj during submission of bid and envelope must bear the contract identification no, bidders name and address with contact Telephone/Fax no. Bids must be submitted to the account section NWSC Rajbiraj on or before 12:00 hours, 2077/01/04. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders representative who choose to attend at 14:00 hours 2077/01/04 at the office of NWSC Rajbiraj. Bids must be valid for a period of ninety days after bidding opening and must be accompanied by bid security amount which shall be valid at least for thirty days beyond the bid validity period issued from any 'A' class bank or eligible financial institutions as per prevailing laws. If a bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Account no. 218000691501 maintained at Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Rajbiraj and submit the original receipt of the deposited amount along with the bid.If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last day. The unit price furnished in words shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between figures and words. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids or cancel the bidding process without assigning any reason, what so ever.
