- The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on above mentioned date and time at the office of Procurement Department. Kathmandu Metropolitan City. Office Of the Municipal Executive. JDA Complex, 6th Floor Sundhara. Kathmandu. Bagmati Province, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening (45 days for Sealed Quotation) and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to as mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid
- The bid security may either be in the form of a bid security issued by authorized Financial Institution according to format provided in Bid Document or cash deposited in Kathmandu Metropolitan City Deposit account, Nepal Rastra Bank Thapathali, Account No.:1204708001030524
