Government of Nepal, Department of Ayurveda and Alternative Medicine, Invites Sealed Quotation for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Laboratory Equipment for National Ayurveda Panchakarma & Yog Sewa Centre, Budhanilkantha from the duly registered eligible bidders.
1. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Department of Ayurveda and Alternative Medicine, Teku, Kathmandu, 01-5352525, [email protected] website: www.doaa.gov.np.
2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Department of Ayurveda and Alternative Medicine, Teku, Kathmandu, by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with a copy of the company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1,000.00 till 2082/02/28 B.S. during office hours.
3. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Department of Ayurveda and Alternative Medicine, Teku, Kathmandu by hand on or before 12:00 pm on 2082/02/29 B.S. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2082/02/29 B.S., 14:00 pm at the office of Department of Ayurveda and Alternative Medicine, Teku, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of Nrs. 45,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (ie. [Refer Caluse ITB 20.1]). If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No.1700100102030000 (Account Name: DTCO, Tripureshwor at Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd. Teku, Kathmandu and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation.
5. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
6. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
7. Any conditions so far not covered shall be as per Public Procurement Act 2063, and Public Procurement Regulation 2064.
8. Any amendment in this tender notice shall be pasted on the notice board of the client's office website: www.doaa.gov.np.
