1. Bhimphedi Rural Municipality invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Construction work mentioned as BOQ. under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
2. Eligible Bidder may obtain further information about Bidding Documents from PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, shall submit a written application along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee during office hours or online in the following Bank.

3. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scaned copy of the bid security in .pdf format in case of e-bid which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
4. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
5. Please read, understand and agree to all the conditions mentioned in the document and submit the bid. Otherwise, the decision of the office will be the final decision.
6. In cases other than those mentioned above, the purchase will be in accordance with prevailing laws.
