Invitation of Bids for the Landslide Prevention Works at East Side of Ram Mandir

1. Pashupati Area Development Trust invites towards the works for eligible payments under the Contract for Landslide Prevention Works at East Side of Ram Mandir. (IFB No: PADT/NCB/Works/2081-082/T7). Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.
2. Pashupati Area Development Trust invites online bids under e-procurement system from eligible bidders for the procurement Landslide Prevention Works at East Side of Ram Mandir. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of Pashupati Area Development Trust, Kathmandu, Nepal or may visit PPMO website at https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.The total estimated amount is Nrs. 74,39,909.41 with (Vat, Contingency and P.Sum).
3. Bidding document is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders should register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document of NRs. 3,000/- in the following specified bank:

4. Interested bidders should submit online bids through e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. only on or before 10th April, 2025, 12:00 Hrs. Bidders are required to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in e-GP system operating Guideline 2073 and User manuals issued by PPMO which are available in e-GP system.
5. Online bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend on 10th April, 2025, 13:00 Hrs. at the office of Pashupati Area Development Trust, Kathmandu Nepal. Online bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to NRs. 1,86,000/- which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period. The scanned copy of bid security and bid purchasing voucher should be uploaded in the e-GP system during bid submission.
6. Pre-bid meeting shall not be held.
7. If the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
8. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
