Invitation for the Expression of Interest (EoI) (First date of publication February 8,2023) 

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is a non-political, non-sectarian, non-profit making, humanitarian  organization. It is one of the largest organizations who provides medical care and treatment services  to People Living with HIV (PLHIV) with the mission; providing cutting-edge medicines and advocacy  regardless of ability to pay. Currently it is providing its services in 45 countries in the World. In Nepal,  it has been providing its services since 2009 and is one of the first INGO working in partnership with  government of Nepal for ART service delivery. 

AHF Nepal invites proposal from firms/individuals to provide services in below mentioned categories: 

1. International & Domestic Travel and Ticketing 

2. Vehicle Hire 

3. Hotel Services for Non/Residential program  

4. International & Domestic Courier Service 

5. Stationery/Office Supplies 

6. Office/IT Equipment 

7. Furniture & Fixtures 

8. Repair & Maintenance of office/IT equipment 

9. Designing, Printing & Publication  

10. Advertisement Agency 

11. Broadcast and Digital marketing services

Eligible vendors who provide complete information may be invited to participate in future procurement  processes. Thus, all interested vendors are requested to respond to this EOI with required information not later than 14th February 2023 via email to [email protected] clearly mentioning the subject line “EOI- <Sr.No.>-<Category>” 

Note: 

1. Interested vendors must send duly filled & signed supplier registration form along copies of  PAN/VAT certificate, firm registration, tax clearance certificate, company profile, Experience  Certificates from other NGO/INGOs and Aid agencies and submit via email  to [email protected] 

2. The email must have the subject line as the above S.No. and the category applied for from the  abovementioned list. 

3. Vendor Registration form can be obtained from

4. AHF Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any applications completely or in part and alter  the provisions of this EOI as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
