INVITATION FOR SEALED TENDER BIDS

Description of works: NMB Bank Limited solicits sealed tender bids from interested and eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery, and Implementation of the Human Capital Management System (HCMS). The bidders can obtain the RFP document on submission of a written application and upon payment of a Non-Refundable deposit fee of NPR 2,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Thousand only) in the account number 00901371300114 (Account Name: Bid Document Purchase Parking Account).
A. Sealed Tender Bids consist of Sealed Technical and Financial Proposals as described in the "RFP Document" as per the schedule given below:
B. Bidders who have previously submitted sealed tender bids in response to the initial notice dated 8th April 2025 and have successfully qualified in the technical evaluation are required to submit only a sealed financial proposal.
C. Eligible bidders must submit all documents outlined in the RFP. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in the rejection of the bidder's submission.
D. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications/bids wholly or partially without assigning any reason whatsoever.
