INVITATION FOR SEALED TENDER BIDS

NMB Bank Limited, Kathmandu, invites sealed tender bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Dual Interface Payment Cards.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents can be obtained by submitting a written application and paying a non-refundable fee of NPR 2,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Thousand Only) to account number 00901371300114 (Bid Document Purchase Parking Account).
The tender bid must include a sealed proposal, as outlined in the RFP documents, and must adhere to the schedule provided below.
1. The Bidder should be a registered company in Nepal or its respective jurisdiction.
2. The Bidder should be an OEM/authorized distributors,/Agents of OEM.
3. The Bidder should have an annual turnover of at least NPR 10 Million in accordance with the Tax Clearance Certificate of the last Fiscal Year.
4. The Bidder must comply with all the documents outlined in the RFP Document. Non-compliance with any required document shall result in the disqualification of the bid.
5. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
