Invitation for Sealed Tender Bids

Description of works: NMB Bank Limited solicits sealed tender bids from interested and eligible bidders for Providing Co-location service for Disaster Recovery (DR).
The bidders can obtain the RFP document on submission of written application and upon payment of Non-Refundable deposit fee of NPR 2,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Thousand only) in the account number 00901371300114 (Account Name: Bid Document Purchase Parking Account).
A. Sealed Tender Bids consist of Sealed Technical and Financial Proposals as described in the "RFP Document" as per the schedule given below:
- The Bidder must have provided Data Centre co-location facility or Manage solution facility to at least Two (2) Commercial Banks of Nepal at their DR co-location sites.
- The Bidder should have their DR Co-Location site located at Bhairahawa or Butwal Region. B. The Bidders who have already submitted sealed tender bids in response to first time notice can either revoke it or can continue by serving a letter in company's letter head.
C. Eligible Bidders should submit all the documents outlined in the RFP document and failing to do so shall result in the rejection of the bid submitted by the bidder.
D. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications/bids wholly or partially without assigning any reason whatsoever.
