INVITATION FOR SEALED TENDER BIDS

Description of Works: NMB Bank Limited, Kathmandu invites interested and registered companies/ bidder's to submit sealed tender bids for the "Deployment of Outsourced Resources."
The RFP document can be obtained by company/bidder upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 2,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Thousand Only) to account number 00901371300114 (Bid Document Purchase Parking Account) of the bank.
The tender shall consist of sealed bids as described in the RFP document, according to the schedule provided below:
1. The bidders who have already submitted sealed tender bids in response to the first date of publication may either revoke their bid or continue with it by submitting a letter.
2. The bidder must have been registered for at least three years.
3. The bidder must have experience in a similar deployment in at least one Class "A" Commercial Bank during the current fiscal year 2082/83 or the previous fiscal year 2081/82.
4. The bidder must have an average annual turnover of at least NPR 5 million in the last audited fiscal year.
5. The bidder must submit sealed bids (both technical and financial), along with the required documents as specified in the RFP/bid document.
6. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
