1. Sidingba Rural Municipality, Sablakhu, Taplejung invites sealed quotation only from Nepalese eligible bidders under National Competitive Bidding.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Sidingba Rural Municipality, Sablakhu, Taplejung, Cont.no: 9852660153 and 9844637808 email: [email protected] or may visit PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. For purchasing & submission of bidding documents from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank:

4. Bids must be submitted through www.bolpatra.gov.np, on or before 12:00 noon on 2082/03/04 (18 Jun 2025). Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the office of Sidingba Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Sablakhu, Taplejung on 2:00 pm 2082/03/04 (18th Jun 2025). Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied with above bid security, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
6. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
7. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
