Invitation for Sealed Quotations
Date of Notice Publication: 5 June 2025
1. Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC) invites Sealed Quotations for the procurement of the following Goods under Sealed Quotation (SQ) procedures as specified in the prevailing Public Procurement Act and Public Procurement Regulations of Nepal. The SQs are open to all eligible Bidders.
2. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents (SQ) in English at the office of AEPC, Tahachal, Kathmandu.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents (SQ) may be purchased from the office of AEPC, Tahachal, Kathmandu, Nepal by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of Firm/Institution Registration & PAN/VAT Registration certificates and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1,000.00 for each task to the following bank account:

4. The Bidding Document (SQ) shall be available for sale up to office hours till 19 June 2025.
5. Interested Bidders are required to submit the SQ to the office of AEPC, Tahachal, Kathmandu on or before 12:00 Noon on 20 June, 2025. Sealed Quotations received after this deadline will not be accepted.
6. Submitted SQs will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 12:15 P.M. on 20 June 2025 onwards, 30-minute intervals for each task respectively, at the office of AEPC, Tahachal, Kathmandu.
7. Sealed Quotation must be valid for a period of 45 days counting from the date of SQ opening and must be accompanied by SQ/Bid security, as mentioned in the table above, which shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days beyond the quotation validity period (ie., Valid up to a minimum of 2 September 2025).
8. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Office Code: 3080002 and Account Name: DTCO, Kathmandu, Bank Account No.: 1201200001002524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali and original voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted along with the Sealed Quotation.
