1. Nepal Telecom invites sealed Quotation for Construction of Generator Pad, Transformer Pad, Control Panel Room, AC Outdoor Unit Pad and Battery Room for Data Centre at PD Bhairahawa under the Contract for NDCL/PD-BHW/SQ-08/081-82. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from Nepal.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of:
Nepal Telecom, Provincial Directorate Bhairahwaha, Om-Satiya 01, Khunsa, Rupendehi, Nepal.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from Nepal Telecom, Provincial Directorate, Bhairahawa, Omsatiya-01, Khunsa, Rupandehi, by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000.00 till 2082-02-02 during office hours.
4. Bidders may deposit the cost of bidding document in the following account:
Cost of bidding Document: A non-refundable fee of Nepali Rupees 3,000.00 in form of bank receipt for fee deposited.

5. Sealed Bid must be submitted to the office of Nepal Telecom, Provincial Directorate Bhairahawa, Om-Satiya 01, Khunsa, Rupendehi by hand on or before 12:00 noon on 2082/02/04. Bids Received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 2082- 02-04 at 1:00 PM at the office of Nepal Telecom, Provincial Directorate Bhairahawa. Bids must be valid up to 45 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by original bid security from Commercial bank or Financial Institution eligible to issue Bank Guarantee as per prevailing law with a minimum of Rs. 85,000.00 which shall be valid for 45 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. till 2082/04/30).
7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
