YEARLY TENDER - REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (WITH PRICE LIST)
Sealed quotations are invited for the supply of the following items listed below for the period from 17th of July 2025 to 16th July 2026.
The prescribed forms for the bid (quotation) can be obtained from the Purchasing Department of the hotel on weekdays between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm from 1 July 2025 to 5o July 2025 on payment of NPR 1500 per group (non-refundable). Last date of submission of the filled form with all information is 7th July 2025. The interested bidder(s) must submit the sealed quotation(s) to the office of the finance department, along with terms of supply and a copy of a valid VAT Registration and Tax Clearance certificate during office hours. Only shortlisted bidders will be invited for negotiation and the terms and conditions of supply.
Hotel management reserves the right to accept or reject the quotations submitted, either in part or in full, without specifying any reason.
