1. Belaka Municipality, Rampur Udayapur invites electronic Sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the following goods.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Belaka Municipality, Rampur, Udayapur at office hours or may visit E-procurement section of PPMO's Website: https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp/.
3. Bidding document is available online and can be downloaded from website: https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp/ and bidders have to submit their bids through e-GP system of PPMO website: https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp/ as specified in instruction to bidder.
4. The bidder must mandatorily submit a sample of the 2 packet sanitary pad to the office by 12:00 Noon on 2082 Jestha 28. It is also hereby informed that bids from bidders who fail to submit the sample of the sanitary pad will not be evaluated.
5. Belaka Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Rampur, Udayapur reserves right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
