Invitation for Sealed Quotation

1. The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), Janakpur Office invites sealed quotations from registered Suppliers for the supply, delivery and installation of above goods.
2. Interested eligible Suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the Sealed Quotation Forms at the office of Nepal Rastra Bank, Janakpur Office, Tel: 041-426628, 041-426498, Email: [email protected].
3. Sealed Quotation Forms may be purchased from Nepal Rastra Bank, Janakpur Office, Internal Administration Unit, by eligible Suppliers on the submission of a written application copy of company/firm registration certificate, VAT/PAN Registration, Tax Clearance (FY 2080/81), authorized dealer certificate of any brand and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 till 2082/05/26 during office hours deposited in:

4. Sealed Quotations must be submitted to the above office on or before 12:00 Noon on 2082/05/27. Quotation received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
5. Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days from the last date of submission of Sealed Quotations and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee from bank or financial institutions licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, amounting to NRs. 35,000 which shall be valid for 75 days from the last date of submission of Sealed Quotations.
6. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Sundry Creditors Account No 1609999-011-001-524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Janakpur Office and the receipt of the deposited amount of cash must be submitted along with the Sealed Quotation.
7. Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of suppliers' authorized representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on 2082/05/27 at the Nepal Rastra Bank, Janakpur Office.
8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission and opening falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
9. Nepal Rastra Bank reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
