3. Interested registered Suppliers should submit only E-bid till 12 June 2025 before 12:00 hrs. through PPMO e-GP System www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. No any Hardcopy will be entertained.

6. Bid Validity Period shall be 45 days from the date of Bid Opening and Bid Security Validity Period shall be 75 days from the date of Bid Opening.
7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. Bid will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs. on 12 June 2025 at Tikapur Municipality, Office of The Municipal Executive, Tikapur Kailali.
9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
10. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 and other prevailing laws of Nepal.
