1. The Bardibas Municipality, Bardibas, Mahottari invites Sealed Quotation from eligible bidder for the following.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Bardibas Municipality, Bardibas, Mahottari during office hour or may visit website www.bardibasmun.gov.np.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Bardibas Municipality, Bardibas, Mahottari and the office of Bardibas Municipality, Bardibas by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 till 2082/02/16
4. Sealed Quotation must be submitted on or before 12:00 Hrs. on 2082/02/18. Sealed Quotation received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The Sealed Quotation will be opened at 14:00 Hrs. on 2082/02/18 at the office of Bardibas Municipality, Bardibas, Mahottari.
6. Bardibas Municipality, Bardibas, reserves the right to reject or accept or cancel any bid partially or fully without assigning any reasons, whatsoever.
