NIC ASIA Bank invites sealed quotation from the eligible Firms/Companies for the Procurement of Oracle Database Local Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Support for the in-house hosted EFT Switch System and Core Banking System.
Interested Companies/Firms can obtain the RFQ Document from the Bank's General Administration & Projects Management Department, located on the 3rd Floor of the Corporate Office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu, upon payment of a non-refundable document fee of NPR 1,000.00 (NPR One Thousand Only) to the Bank account specified below.

Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant should have at least 3 years of company/firm registration under the applicable Act.
- The applicant should have work experience of implementation of Oracle features and services in at least 3 organizations/BFIs.
- The applicant should have annual turnover of at least of NPR 10 Million in the fiscal year 2080/81.
Documentation Required:
- Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized
- PAN/VAT registration certificate - Duly Notarized
- Tax Clearance Certificate for FY 2080/81- Duly Notarized MOA and AOA- Duly Notarized.
- Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized
- Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) - Duly Notarized
- Latest Company Update/Firm Renewal documents - Duly Notarized.
- Other documents as prescribed in the RFQ Document
RFQ document must be addressed to General Administration & Projects Management Department and submitted in person within the close of business hours on 22nd August 2025 in the prescribed format. RFQ documents received after the deadline will not be accepted. If the last date of purchasing falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last date. RFQ proposals opening date shall be notified to the participating applicants through email.
NIC ASIA Bank reserves the right to accept the offer wholly or partially, annul or modify the RFQ process, and reject all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
