Invitation for Sealed Quotation/Letter of Interest

Advocacy Forum-Nepal (AF) invites sealed quotations from the interested vendors/suppliers for the procurement of the following items. The eligible vendors/supplier must submit their sealed quotations, mentioning the validity period for the price they offer through their price quote. Along with the quotation, the vendor must submit their company registration documents, annual renewal, a copy of PAN/VAT certificate, and the latest tax clearance certificate. Your quotation must be submitted to AF office before 5 pm on 15th July 2025. Quotations received after the deadline will be rejected. AF will have the right to accept or reject any quotations that do not fulfill the minimum procurement criteria.
