INVITATION FOR SEALED QUOTATION
NIC ASIA Bank Limited invites sealed RFQ from a competent Company for an Insurance Policy for the Bank's fixed assets.
Interested companies can obtain RFQ Documents from the Bank's General Administration & Project Management Department at Kamaladi, Kathmandu, upon payment ofa non-refundable document fee of NPR 5,000.00 (NPR Five Thousand Only) in the Bank account specified below:

Eligibility Criteria:
- The insurance company should be registered under the Companies Act of Nepal with at least 2 years in operation.
- The insurance Company must have experience in the related field (supporting documents to be attached).
- The insurance Company must have an annual turnover of at least NPR100 million in FY 2080/81.
Documentation Requirement:
- Company Registration Certificate
- Copy of PAN/VAT certificate
- Copy of MOA and ADA
- Audited Financial Statements for the latest Financial Year.
- Tax Clearance certificate for the latest Financial Year.
- Latest Share Register (Share Lagat)
- Latest Director's Register (Sanchalak Lagat)
- Valid License from Beema Pradhikaran
- Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik)
- Reinsurer Details consisting reinsurer company name and location
- Appreciation letter/ Reference letter issued by Commercial Bank(s)/ renowned corporate houses to back the claim of experience.
- RFQ Document Fee Deposit Voucher
- All other documents as prescribed in the RFQ document.
RFQ document must be addressed to the General Administration & Projects Management Department and submitted in person at the Bank's corporate office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, within the close of business hours on or before 23 July 2025 in the prescribed format. RFQ documents received after the deadline will not be accepted. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last date. RFQ opening date shall be notified to the participating applicants through email.
NIC ASIA Bank reserves the right to accept the offer wholly or partially, annul or modify the RFQ process, and reject all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
