Invitation for Sealed Proposal

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited, a leading national-level development bank invites sealed proposals from eligible firms/companies for the Renewal of Barracuda Email Security Gateway with ATP.
Terms and Conditions:
• The documents can be purchased within office hours (9:30 AM till 5:30 PM) from the office of the General Service Department, Head Office, Thapathali, upon payment of non- non-refundable fee of NPR 1,000.00 (NPR One Thousand Only) on or before the 7th day of the first date of publication of this notice.
• The proposal document fee should be deposited in the following account of our Bank:
- Account Number: 99920401010201
- Account Name: Miscellaneous Deposit Receipt
• Sealed Proposal must be submitted within office hours on or before 7th day of the date of publication of this notice. Documents received after this deadline will be rejected.
• Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
1. Applicants must be in operation for 5 years and above
2. Proposed solution must have been implemented and live in three (3) or more banking and financial institutions in Nepal
The bids shall be opened at 3:00 PM on the next working day after the last date of bid submission.
If the last date of purchasing, submission, and opening of the bid falls on a public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.
The Bank reserves the right to accept partly or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever.
