INVITATION FOR SEALED BID
for Service of Outsourced Support Staff (Outsourced Messenger and Outsourced Driver)

Prime Commercial Bank Ltd., an 'A' class financial institution (hereinafter referred as "The Bank") invites sealed bids for the service of Outsourced Support Staff (Outsourced Messenger and Outsourced Driver) from competent service providers.
Interested Outsourcing Companies (hereinafter referred as "The Bidder") with minimum 5 years of experience of providing such service are notified to submit their sealed bid within 14 working days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before October 31, 2025 2:00 PM) enclosing the required documents as per the Set of Bid Documents to be purchased by the Bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 5,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees: Five Thousand only) in Bank's account number 9958370000 (Bid Document Fee).
Bid document must be accompanied by a Bid Bond Security of at least 2.5% of the bid price (inclusive of VAT). The Bid Bond security must be furnished in the form of Bank Guarantee from any of the "A" class Banks in Nepal other than Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. without which bid shall be rejected or equivalent Cash Deposit in our Bank's account number 9916102000 (Security Deposits) as Bid Guarantee (Bid Bond).
Bids will be opened on November 03, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Training Hall, 5th Floor, Kamalpokhari, in the presence of bidders.
