NIC ASIA Bank Limited invites sealed Bids from a competent Firm/Company for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of a Core Firewall.
Interested Company/Firm can obtain the Bid Document from the Bank's General Administration & Project Management Department at Kamaladi, Kathmandu, upon payment of non- non-refundable document fee of NPR 10,000.00 (NPR Ten Thousand Only) in the Bank account specified below:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bidders should have at least 3 years of company/firm registration.
- Bidders or their OEM should have experience in the supply and delivery of Core Firewall in at least 3 reputed institutions, preferably in Banks and Financial Institutions. Bidders should have an average annual turnover of at least NPR 10 million in the latest fiscal year.
- Bidders should have an authorization certificate for the supply/delivery & implementation of a Firewall in Nepal.

- Company/Firm Registration Certificate- Duly Notarized
- Valid copies of PAN/VAT registration certificate - Duly Notarized
- Valid copies of the Tax Paid Certificate of the latest Fiscal Year, Duly Notarized
- MOA and AOA- Duly Notarized
- Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized
- Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) - Duly Notarized
- Latest Company Update/Firm Renewal documents- Duly Notarized.
- Other documents as prescribed in the Bid Document
Bid document must be addressed to the General Administration & Projects Management Department and submitted in person within the close of business hours on 2 July 2025 in the prescribed format. Bid documents received after the deadline will not be accepted. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last date. The Financial Bid opening date shall be notified to the participating bidders through email.
NIC ASIA Bank reserves the right to accept the offer wholly or partially, annul or modify the RFQ process, and reject all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
