Rato Bangala Foundation (RBF), under the project “Strengthening ECD and Primary Education in Baiteshwor, Dolakha,” funded by Childaid Network, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers/manufacturers for the procurement and supply of classroom furniture (ECD to Grade 3) for selected schools in Baiteshwor Rural Municipality, Dolakha.

Instructions to Bidders
1. Bidders' Requirement:
- Valid Company Registration Certificate
- PAN/VAT registration
- Tax Clearance Certificate.
2. All furniture must be:
- Sisam wood or equivalent quality hardwood
- Durable child-safe with smooth, round edges
- Natural wood color and properly varnished
3. Bidders shall be responsible for: The bidder shall be responsible for the transportation and setup of the equipment. Accordingly, the bidder must include and clearly specify the transportation cost in their proposal.
4. Bidder Submission Date: Bid must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope to the Rato Bangala Foundation Office, Patan Dhoka, Lalitpur, on or before 5.00 pm, Bhadra 17, 2082 (2nd September 2025).
5. Bid opening: The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives and funding partner representatives on Bhadra 18, 2082 (3rd September, 2025) at 2:00 PM.
Notes: Rato Bangala Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons, and late or incomplete bids will not be accepted.
