INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS FOR INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited, a leading national-level development bank, invites sealed bids from interested and eligible contractors for interior construction works (civil, sanitary, carpentry, furnishing, electrical,l and allied works) of our Hakimchowk, Narayangarh Branch.
Terms and Conditions:
- The bid documents can be purchased within office hours (9:30 AM till 5.00 PM) from the office of the General Service Department, Head Office, Thapathali upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 5,000.00 (NPR Five Thousand Only) on or before the 15th day of the first date of publication of this notice..
- Bid document fee should be deposited in the following account of our Bank:

Account Name: Miscellaneous Deposit Receipt - Sealed Bids must be submitted within office hours on or before 15th day of the date of publication of this notice. Documents received after this deadline will be rejected.
- Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid bond, amounting to a minimum of 5% of the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee from any commercial bank, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid (total 120 days validity bid bond). The bid bond may also be deposited through cash margin deposit in the following account of the Bank:

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
1. At least 5 years of working experience in interior construction works.
2. Has carried out internal construction works of at least 10 branches of banks and Financial Institutions.
The bids shall be opened at 3:00 PM on the next working day of the last date of bid submission.
If the last date of purchasing, submission, and opening of the bid falls on a public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.
The Bank reserves the right to accept partly or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever.
