INVITATION FOR SEALED BID
NIC ASIA Bank invites sealed Bid from interested Company/Firm for Implementation of Solutions for Nepal Financial Reporting Standard (NFRS) 9.
Interested Company/Firm can obtain Bid Document from Bank's General Administration & Projects Management Department in Kamaladi upon deposit of non-refundable Bid Document fee of NPR 10,000/- (NPR Ten Thousand Only).
Eligibility Criteria:
- The bidder should be a registered entity under the applicable Act.
- The Bidder should have prior experience in implementation of NFRS 9 or similar credit risk related solution.
- The bidder should have annual turnover of at least NPR 2 Million during the latest fiscal year.
- Foreign bidder should have local company/firm appointed as local partner/team.
Documentation Requirement:
- Relevant Proof of Existence (Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Registration, etc.)
- Relevant Proof of Registration as a Tax Payer
- Tax Clearance Certificate of Latest Fiscal Year
- MOA and AOA, Latest Share Register, Latest Director Register
- Appreciation letter/ Reference letter issued by clients preferably Bank and Financial Institutions to back the claim of experience.

The detail scope of work, document requirement, including terms and conditions of this procurement are mentioned in the Bid document. Duly filled Bid document must be addressed to General Administration & Projects Management Department and submitted in person within the close of business hours on 19th May, 2025 in the prescribed format. Bid documents received after the deadline will not be accepted. If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, next working day shall be considered as the last date. Financial proposal opening date shall be notified to all the bidders through email.
NIC ASIA Bank reserves the right to accept the offer wholly or partially, annul or modify the Bid process and reject all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
