The Office of the Attorney General, Nepal invites sealed quotations for the supply and delivery of Office Cleaner and Cleaning materials.
1. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at The Office of the Attomey General, Nepal, Ramshahpath, Kathmandu or may visit The Office of the Attorney General, Nepal website www.ag.gov.np
2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of the Attorney General, Nepal, Ramshahpath, Kathmandu by eligible bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, tax clearance certificate, Employer registration certificate, Labor supplier License and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 till 2082-05-26 during office hours in following account.

3. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the attorney General, Nepal by hand before 12:00 pm on 2082-05-27. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 Pm, 2082-05-27 at the office of Office of the attomey General, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of Rs. 35000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
5. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
6. Eligible bidders must provide minimum wages to their employers as per the prevailing rule and regulation of government of Nepal.
7. Office of the Attorney general, Nepal reserve the right to accept or reject, solely or partially any or all bids/quotation documents without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
