Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC) is the national focal agency promoting renewable energy technologies in Nepal. The energy component of the Renewable Energy for Resilient Agri-Food System (RERAS) project is being implemented by Central Renewable Energy Fund (CREF) within Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC) with the technical assistance of Renewable Energy for Rural Livelihood (RERL) which is a joint project of the UNDP and the government of Nepal. AEPC/CREF/RERL hereby Requests for Proposal (RFP) from eligible Consulting Firms/Institutions for the task "Evaluating the Performance and Sustainability of Micro-Hydro Powered Lift Irrigation Systems in Jumla, Bajura and Sindhuli districts: Technical, Utilisation, and Financial Perspectives".
- The proposal must contain Technical and Financial proposals sealed in Separate Envelopes. Both sealed proposals must be sealed in another single envelope mentioning the Title of the task and the RFP Number.
- Detailed RFP Document for the task can be downloaded from the website: www.aepc.gov.np or https://rerl.aepc.gov.np or can be obtained from AEPC/RERL, Khumaltar Height, Lalitpur, Nepal.
- The proposal (in Hard Copy) must be delivered manually to the office of AEPC/RERL, Khumaltar Height, Lalitpur by 14:00 hours local time on or before 13 August 2025.
- Received Technical Proposal shall be opened in the presence of Proponents' representatives who choose to attend at 14:30 P.M. on 13 August 2025 at the office of AEPC/RERL, Khumaltar Height, Lalitpur, Nepal.
- The method of selection will be Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS), 80:20 weightage for Technical and Financial proposals, respectively.
