1. Balra Municipality, Balra, Sarlahi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders under National Competitive Bidding procedures. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. Eligible Bidders may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
3. Bidder must submit their bid electronically by download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in account as specified below

4. Electronic Bids must be submitted through https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12/06/2025 12:00 hours. The office shall not be responsible for any miscommunication in case of incomplete information about firm's address. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at date mentioned above at Balra Municipality Office, Balra, Sarlahi. Non-attendance of any or all of the Bidders' representatives shall not hinder the opening of the bids. Bids must be valid for a period of as mentioned in table below after the date of bid opening.
6. Bids must be valid for a period of days mentioned above after bid opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Security or Scanned copy of Bid Security in .pdf format of minimum amount specified in table above. The Bid Security shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period. Bidder must clearly quote the contract name and contract number in Bid security form (Bank guarantee) otherwise will cause disqualification of Bidder.
7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. Bidders are advised to visit the site and assess the actual site condition before submitting the bids at their own cost.
9. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partially any or all bids without assigning any reason, what so over.
10. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with public procurement act, 2063 and public procurement regulations, 2064 and other prevailing rules and regulations of GON
