Invitation for Online Bids

Provincial General and Communicable Disease Hospital (PGCDH), Kaski, invites online bids only under the e-procurement system from eligible bidders for the Procurement and Supply of the following Dialysis Consumables mentioned in the table. All other information and the Bid Document can be downloaded from PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or may be obtained at office Phone No. 061-564366. All eligible bidders are requested to submit e-bid only as per instructions within the mentioned period.
- The bidder may submit the bid for single or more packages as mentioned below and offer discounts. Evaluation will be done on a Package basis, with the contract awarded based on the award combination that is of the least cost to the Purchaser.
- Information to deposit the cost of Bid document and Bid Security in the Bank is as follows:
Pre-bid meeting will be held at PGCDH, Pokhara-30, Kaski, Nepal at 04 September 2025 (2082/05/19 BS) on 14:00 hours.
The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14 September 2025 (2082/05/29 BS) on 13:00 hours at the office of Provincial General and Communicable Disease Hospital,Pokhara-30, Kaski.
If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.
The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever. The remaining matters not covered in this notice shall be as per the prevailing Procurement Act and Regulation.
