1. The Gorkhapatra, Corporation invites national bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following Goods under National Competitive Bidding Procedures The name and identification of the contract are as follows:
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of Gorkhapatra, Corporation, Head office Dharmapath, Kathmandu and Tel 014244437 of office or may visit e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidders have the option to submit their bid electronically only they may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document non-refundable fee of NRs 10000.00 (Ten Thousand) in the name of Gorkhapatra, Corporation, Dharmapath, Kathmandu, Bank account number 00200100502425000001 at Nepal Bank Limited, New Road till 2081-11-09 (21 Feb 2025) during office hours.
4. Pre-bid meeting shall be organized as specified in the bid documents.
5. Eligible Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the above office of Gorkhapatra, Corporation, Dharmapath, Kathmandu Nepal on or before 12:00 hour on 2081-11-11 (23 Feb 2025) and must be accompanied by a bid security (scan copy in pdf format) Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend 13:00 hour on 2081-11-11 (23 Feb 2025) at the office of Gorkhapatra, Corporation, Dharmapath, Kathmandu Nepal Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security as mentioned above which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

8. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
9. Bidders can bid only in Nepalese Currency and shall be paid in Nepalese currency only.
10. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning a reason whatsoever.
