PROCUREMENT NOTICE

                            Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) – Sale of office items

Helen Keller International, an International non-profit organization (INGO) works to improve the sight and lives of the vulnerable by combating the causes and consequences of blindness, poor health, and malnutrition through public health approaches, building the capacity of organizations, and contributing to policy changes through systems strengthening and operations research.

We invite interested buyers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the purchase of office items which have been recently installed and step up in the office. The specifications are as follows:

• Installation set-up (Distribution Board and Power Cables, Electrical lighting, Networking, Telephone System, Electrical Power Supply, etc.)
• Furniture items (workstation, table, chair, meeting table, cabinet, etc.)
• Air Conditioners
• Old Motorbikes (9 numbers)

Note: Interested bidders are welcome to visit our office to inspect the items between April 11 and April 15-18 April 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Prior approval is required for office visits for inspection during office day. Interested bidders are requested to send an email to [email protected] to arrange their such visit.

Eligibility/ Criteria

• Valid company registration with renewal, PAN/VAT certificate and latest TAX clearance
  certificate or individual profile.
• Offer price (Net price only, Helen Keller International will not cover transportation costs.
• Payment terms and conditions
• Expected timeline for purchase completion before end April 2025

Interested firms are requested to submit their EOI on official company letterhead or owner name. The submission must include detailed offer information along with the full name, job title, phone number, and email address of the primary contact person for all communications related to this EOI. Please note that the highest offer received will be considered for acceptance. However, the quoted rates must remain valid until May 2025. After reviewing the submitted EOIs and offers, shortlisted bidders may be invited for further discussions and potential finalization of the sale. Please note, the organization reserves the right to modify or cancel this EOI process at any time without prior notice. 

The deadline for submitting EOI Ref No. PF-NP-CO-2025-4-11 is April 20, 2025, by 5:00PM Nepal Time (NST) at [email protected] or can submit Hard Copies at Helen Keller Intl/Nepal Office, Shree Durbar Tole, Lalitpur.
