Request for Expression of Interest For "Support and Maintenance Service of NPESE Online Trading System"

1. The Nepal Stock Exchange Limited, UNI Shanti Marg, Kathmandu, re-invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms ("consultant") under national consulting services for the Support and Maintenance Service for NEPSE Online Trading System.
2. Interested eligible consultants may obtain the EOI document free of cost by visiting the e-GP system at www.bolpatra.gov.np.
3. Expressions of interest shall be submitted online through e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np on or before 14 November 2025, 12:00 hours.
4. In case the last date of submission of the EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed the due date, but the time will be the same as stipulated.
5. EOI will be assessed based on Qualification of Key Experts 40%, Experience of Firm 50%, and Capacity of Firm 10% of consulting firm and key personnel. Based on evaluation of EOI, only top six shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals through a request for proposal.
6. Minimum score to pass the EOI is 65.
