1. Office of Machhapuchchhre Rural Municipality, Lahachowk, Kaski invites electronic Sealed Quotation from registered contractors for following works under Sealed Quotation procedure.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain other information from PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidder may download quotation documents for e-submission from PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/eg,. Bidders should deposit the cost as mentioned above of Bid documents in the account as specified.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall not be held.
5. Electronic sealed quotation must be submitted to the office through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon 8th June 2025 (2082 Jestha 25). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 Hrs. on 8th June 2025 (2082 Jestha 25). at the Office of Machhapuchchhre Rural Municipality, Lahachowk, Kaski.
7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bid without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
