Invitation for Bids

1. Manyangdi Rural Municipality invites only electronic hids from eligible bidders for the following road projects. under National Competitive Bidding-Single Stage Two Envelope Hidding procedures
2. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Hidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate scaled envelopes, one containing
(i) the Technical Bid and the other
(ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document
3. Bidder must submit their bid electronically through subission from PPMO-GP system www.bolpatra.np/egp should deposit the cost of bidding documents (NRs. 5,000) on account as specified below. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in bank:

4. Electronic Bids must be submitted to the office of Manyangdi Rural Municipality, Lamjung, through e-portal www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on 7 October 2825 (2882/06/21), Documents received after this deadline shall be rejected
5. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security for the amount as specified in the table. Bidders are required to a separate bid security for which they sabent their bids. The bid security guaranteed only by the bank stated in Public Procurement Act and its Regulation, with latest amendmen,t shall be accepted by the Employer. Bids mat be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of NR. 17,50,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

7. If the last date of opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day Pre-Hid Meeting shall be held at the office of Masyangdi Rural Municipality, Lamjung at 11:00 hours in 17a September 2025 (2082001)
