1. The Office of Chhatrakot Rural Municipal Executive, Choyaga, Gulmi, invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Work as mentioned below under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
- Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs. 4,40,00,000.
- Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: NRs. 1,65,00,000.
- Financial Resource (Line of credit)-1,23,00,000.
2. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate Bids, one containing
(i) the Technical Bid and the other
(ii) the Price Bid, both in turn as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.
3. Bidders should submit their bid electronically through bolpatra.gov.np. /egp and deposit the cost of bidding document in the Office's Rajaswa (Revenue) as specified below. The scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Eligible Bidders can get further information regarding the Bid Document at the Office of Chhatrakot Rural Municipal Executive, Choyaga, Gulmi, during office hours, Office website www.chhatrakotmun.gov.np, Contact no. 9857067908, 9861253525, and inspect the bidding document at the PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at the office of Chhatrakot Rural Municipality, Choyaga, Gulmi, Lumbini Province, Nepal on 17 August 2025, 13:00 hours.
6. Bids must be submitted through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours on 31 August 2025.
7. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after opening and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amounting to the amount mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. If the bidder wishes to deposit Bid Security as cash should deposit at Account Name GA-3-1-CHHATRAKOT GA.PA. STHANIYA TAHA DHARAUTI KHATA Account no. 2737087926000048 maintained at Prabhu Bank Ltd., Chhatrakot Branch, and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.
8. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 31 August, 2025 at the Chhatrakot Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Choyaga, Gulmi.
9. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria:
Construction Experience in Key Activities:
i. Base course: 1200 cum per year.
ii. Premix Carpet: 154 cum per year.
