1. Nepal Oil Corporation Ltd., Madhesh Provincial Office, has its funds and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Up-gradation, Testing, and Commissioning of Surveillance System at Nepal Oil Corporation Ltd, Madhesh Provincial Office, Amlekhgunj, Bara. Bidding is open to all Eligible and Qualified Bidders/Suppliers. The estimated amount for the works is Rs. 34,89,779.76 (In words: Thirty- four Lakh eighty nine thousand seven hundred seventy nine and seventy six paisa only) inclusive of VAT and PS.
2. The Government of Nepal, Madhesh Provincial Office, Nepal Oil Corporation Ltd. invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Up-gradation, Testing, and Commissioning of Surveillance System under National competitive bidding specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Nepal Oil Corporation Ltd., Madhesh Provincial Office, Tel no: +977 053-570102 Nepal or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidders shall submit their bids electronically and shall download the bidding documents for e- submission from PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically should deposit the cost of the bidding document in the following Bank / Rajaswa (revenue) Shirshak) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Madhesh Provincial Office, Nepal Oil Corporation Ltd. Amlekhgunj, Bara on 26th May 2025.
6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office of Nepal Oil Corporation Ltd., Madhesh Provincial Office, Amlekhgunj, Bara through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 Noon on 06th June 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend on 06th June 2025, 02.00 PM at the office of the Nepal Oil Corporation Ltd., Madhesh Provincial Office, Amlekhgunj Bara. Bids must be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs.87,500 (Eighty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the BID.
8. Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their BID. The employer shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or submission of Bids.
9. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
