Invitation For Electronic Bids For the Procurement of Transportation Service of Chemical Fertilizer

1. Krishi Samagri Company Limited (KSCL), Head Office, Kuleshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal has annual program towards the cost for the procurement of Transportation Service of Chemical Fertilizer, Contract Identification No: KSCL/NCS/NCB-15/2081/82 and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders having authorization for conducting transportation service.
2. Krishi Samagri Company Limited (KSCL), Head Office, Kuleshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Transportation Service of Chemical Fertilizer as mentioned below, under National competitive bidding-Single Stage Single Envelope procedures.
3. The bidder may submit the bid for single or more packages as mentioned below and offer discounts/cross discounts. Evalaulation will be done for each package, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the purchaser.
4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of Krishi Samagri Company Limited (KSCL), Head Office, Kuleshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal (Tel: 977-01-5379362, Email: [email protected]) or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document as mentioned above in the account as specified below.

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Krishi Samagri Company Limited (KSCL), Head Office, Kuleshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal at 14:00 hours, 30 May, 2025.
7. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office of Krishi Samagri Company Limited (KSCL), Head Office, Kuleshwor through PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 13:00 hrs on 08 June, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
8. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs on 08 June, 2025 at the office of Krishi Samagri Company Limited (KSCL), Head Office, Kuleshwor, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days (i.e. 05 October, 2025) from the date of bid opening for Sector No. 1,2,4 and 120 days (i.e. 04 November, 2025) for Sector No. 3 and 5 must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of as mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
9. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
