1. Ministry of Health & Population, Province Health Logistic Management Center, Madhesh Pradesh Government, Janakpurdham, Dhanusha has allocated funds to cover eligible payments under the Contracts for MP/PHLMC/NCB/GOODS-32/2081-082. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.
2. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Province Health Logistic Management Centre, Madhesh Pradesh, Dhanusha, Email: phime. [email protected] : or may visit www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
3. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank.
4. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the above office of Province Health Logistic Management Centre, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham, on or before 12:00 (noon) on 10th June 2025. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend on 2:00 pm on 10th June 2025 at office of Province Health
Logistic Management Centre, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham. 5. Pre-bid Meeting shall be organized on 30th May 2025 6. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act-2063.Public Procurement Regulations-2064 and their amendment.
